The hotel is conveniently located close to various restaurants where we could enjoy local dining options.
The air conditioning was switched off daily for several hours in the early morning, disrupting our sleep and comfort level.

It was close to many attractions in downtown Madrid.
The parking was extremely inconvenient i recommend the street to park instead. It smelled of air freshener heavily.

Exploring Madrid 🇪🇸
Great location near the Royal Palace and loads of local cafes for brekkie! The staff were super friendly and helped me find a lekker local spot for tapas. Room was comfy and the WiFi was sharp-sharp for all my needs.
The breakfast options weren't consistent. One day there was no brekkie at all. But there are plenty cafes around to sort that out!

Staff at this hotel were terrific, very friendly and always helpful. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well located in a good area close to plenty of Tapas Bars and restaurants. Handy to two Metro stations, La Latina, and Puerta de Toledo. Easy walking distance to Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. Would happily recommend it and will definitely stay here again when next in Madrid.

Very good location, 10 mins from Plaza Mayor walking; 5 mins walking from Palacio Real. 2 mins walking from Basilica San Francisco El Grande.

The room provided ample closet space, perfect for stowing away luggage. The proximity to attractions meant easy access to local bars for tapas within a few blocks.
The air conditioning turned off around 5:30 AM each morning despite the heat. Small room sizes left little space to move around, while the Wi-Fi signal was weak throughout the room was great. The overall décor felt outdated, contributing to a lack of modern comfort that some might expect. Noise from the street and nearby recycling bins disrupted the peace, especially at night, and windows couldn't be opened without letting in light and noise, which compounded the discomfort.

The rooms are immaculately clean. There is free WiFi in the rooms. Good location, very friendly staff. In room safe and a balcony with a great view (on the fifth floor). Big bathroom with a rain shower head and a tub.
Beds were a little too firm.

Location is perfect for exploring local spots. Walls are really thin. Noise from other rooms can be disruptive. Staff offered great tips on where to eat nearby. The bathroom facilities could use some maintenance.

The location in the heart of Madrid enabled easy walks to local attractions like the Royal Palace and vibrant tapas bars nearby. Our room came well-equipped with a mini fridge and several complimentary water bottles, a nice touch. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy throughout our stay. The air conditioning was a major concern. It shut off daily around 5:30 AM, disrupting our sleep. Even after multiple complaints, there was no resolution, leaving us uncomfortable at night. The shower had some plumbing issues that we reported but weren't fixed during our time there. The breakfast options were quite limited, with a lack of variety, we often sought local cafés for better choices. The core experience was pleasing, especially the cleanliness and helpful reception.

Located close enough to walk to center of old Madrid and shops. Room was clean and spacious and on the top floor (5th) you even have an access to roof with a nice view.
